LDPE is a thermoplastic made from the monomer ethylene. It was the first grade of polyethylene. It is not reactive at room temperatures, except by strong oxidizing agents, and some solvents cause swelling. It can withstand temperatures of 80 degrees Celsius continuously, and 95 degrees Cecilius for a short time. It is quite flexible, and tough but is breakable. You are buying ONE piece of WHITE POLYETHYLENE LDPE .060" 12"x12" All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a tolerance of (+/-)1/8" or 0.118" We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces.
