The reversible side is black with American flag Beal. The Beal is very comfortable, fits well under welding , grinding hoods or hamlets. ( low crown) I use an strip of elastic across the back of the hat for comfort and sizing. You will need to wash the hat when you receive it. The washing helps with fit. Just like buying new jeans You have to wash them before wear for a better fit. I have been making this style of hat for 18 plus years. My husband is a welder. He is my model and critic.
