INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Load the endotracheal tube onto the single-use intubation stylet, ensuring the distal end of the stylet does not extend beyond the distal end of the ET tube. 2. Position the ET tube at the opening of the vocal cords, avoiding advancement of the stylet past the vocal cords. 3. Once the ET tube is engaged in the glottic openings, extract the stylet 5 cm using the thumb tab. This softens the tip, allowing the tube to pass through the vocal cords. 4. Position the ET tube as per standard practice. 5. Remove the stylet from the ET tube.
