I listed this unit as used only because the mounting plate corners show signs of install. I do not think it was ever actually used. I just think it was prepped for install and then removed. Some of the units are pre populated with the colored fuses and the black relays, and other units only have the black relays. The existence of the fuses is not guaranteed. All units have the main hard plastic cover. Some units have the rubber caps that cover the lead terminals and others do not. The existence of the rubber caps is not guaranteed.
