Description: 2 pack of Rite Farm Products Extra Small poly restraining/killing cones with mounting brackets and screws. Cones make killing and cleanup easy by restraining the bird during bleeding. Proudly made in the USA in Saltillo Texas. Mounts to walls or posts using the included bracket and screw. For small game birds, quail, pigeons, doves, and alike size birds. Measures 5.5 inches long and 4.25 inches wide at top. Cone easily slides on and off of the mounting bracket post for fast processing and easy cleanup. There are 2 different methods that can be used to process the Quail when using this cone. Option 1: You can hold the bird face up and the cone upside down and place the cone over the upright bird. The bird will naturally poke it’s head out of the cone for the head to be removed by processing scissors. Then place the cone with bird on the mounting bracket. Option 2: You can leave the cone on the mounting bracket and place the Quail into the cone face down. Then pull the head through bottom and remove the head with a processing scissors. Depending on breed and user, it is best to try both methods to find what is most efficient and effective for you and the bird.Will process most Quail, Dove, Pigeon, Grouse and other small birds.
