It automatically helps you protect your air brakes and other necessary components from corrosion and potential damages caused by water and other contaminants. Air Brake Protection: The compressed air naturally contains moisture, which can cause problems in your truck’s air brake system. Our SS1200 PLUS Air Dryer effectively absorbs moisture from the compressed air before it reaches the air brakes and other components of the air braking system as well. Versatile Compatability: Our SS200 PLUS air dryer is specifically designed to be compatible with the electrical systems of most truck make and models, as it operates on a standard 12-volt DC power supply and is easy to install. Long Lasting: This SS1200 PLUS air dryer is specifically built using durable materials to withstand even the toughest working and hauling conditions. It comes with durable housing and top-grade internal components to ensure reliable performance of your truck’s air braking system for years. Installation & Maintenance Guide Installation: First, you must remove the current air dryer by detaching the air lines and electrical cables and unscrewing the mounting bolts keeping the air dryer in place. After removing the existing air dryer, you should position the new replacement unit of air dryer assembly in the existing place using the existing mounting holes. When the unit is finally placed correctly, you must now secure the unit with the mounting bolts, by tightening them perfectly. After the air dryer assembly is completely tightened and implemented in its position, you can now effectively connect all the airlines and electrical cords, ensuring leakproof connectivity. Also, you can use the thread sealant or Teflon tape if required. Trouble Shooting & Maintenance The air dryer’s function is to collect and remove moisture and contaminants in solid, liquid, and vapor form, offering dry air for the air brake system. However, this replacement part also needs regular maintenance to increase its functioning performance and lifespan. You should inspect the air dryer assembly regularly for any signs of damage, corrosion, or leaks. Simply, Replace the desiccant cartridge periodically as per the manufacturer’s instructions or when the system shows indications of reduced performance. This may involve draining the air tank and replacing the desiccant media within the cartridge. When you are not sure about any further step during the installation or maintenance process, simply consult a qualified mechanic or refer to the repair manual for your specific truck model. 18 MONTHS WARRANTY: This product is covered for one year or completion of 100,000 miles since installation or 18 months after you buy it from Mytee Products, whichever comes first. We provide a warranty to all new products only if the parts have defective material or workmanship (must be used in appropriate applications). The warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. Unless specified otherwise, buyers/consumers need permission from your salesperson to initiate a return under warranty. We will replace any part free of charge only if our team finds a defect after a thorough examination. The warranty only covers only the replacement of defective parts (under the mentioned conditions), we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature. If the buyer/consumer decides to return the parts under this warranty then the buyer must agree to wait for us to settle the claim before deducting any amount from your payment to Mytee Products.
