This 6Mil bag is measured by interior measurements and the 24" Length is measured from the seal down. Anything packaged inside the bag is three dimensional, so the third measurement, depth, should always be considered prior to making a purchase. Quantity: One bag to 1000 bags, depending on the quantity chosen.
